About Me
As a clinical psychologist, I bring years of diverse experience across educational, community, and private settings. My work has ranged from child development and language teaching to psychological counseling and emotional support for individuals of all ages. I’m passionate about guiding people through challenges and helping them build resilience through self-awareness and emotional growth.

After earning my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from ISPA, I pursued extensive training in neuropsychology, hypnotherapy, and life coaching. I continue to develop my practice in Sintra, where I provide personalized consultations grounded in empathy and scientific understanding.
